What  packs do you offer?

Currently we have the Essential hospital pack but we aim to have various different packs for every stage of a parenting journey. This may include "pregnancy announcment packs" to "kids first birthday preparation packs". The sky is the limit. Our goal is to provide parents with convenience and confidence as they navigate their journey. We also give parents the opportunity to sample products through our packs to make an informed decision going forward.

What is included in the Essential Hospital Pack?

The pack includes essentials for both mom and baby for a 3-day hospital stay, such as maternity pads, baby nappies, toiletries, and free digital guides. See the full list of items here.

Is the Essential Hospital Pack suitable for both natural and cesarean births?

Yes, the pack is designed to meet the needs of moms regardless of their birth experience.

Can I customize the items in the pack?

Our packs are pre-curated to ensure they include everything you need for your hospital experience. You can customise by selecting the type of pack that is needed and in the future will have the opportunity to include bags and other items. If you would like us to add anything additional or source something for you, please send us a message.

How long will the pack last for mom and baby?

The pack is designed to cover a 3-day hospital stay, with enough supplies for both mom and baby during that time. We will be adding a postpartum pack which will include all the at home essentials to make postpartum recovery easier.

Are the products in the pack safe for sensitive skin or allergies?

Yes, we carefully select products made from natural ingredients or designed to be gentle on sensitive skin. However, always check product labels for specific allergens.

Can I purchase individual items from the pack separately?

Currently, our items are only available as part of the curated packs.  Please reach out if you would like to purchase specific products that aren't available on our store.

Are the guides available in print or digital formats?

The guides included in the packs are digital, making them easily accessible on any device and reducing waste. 

How do I use the digital guides included in the pack?

After purchasing, you’ll receive a QR code and a link inside your packs which directs you to a platform to download the guides and samples. If you are having any issues accessing these, please reach out to us at info@packedformama.com

Can I buy a pack as a gift?

Yes! Our packs make thoughtful and practical baby shower gifts. You can purchase a pack and have it delivered to your address, or you can ship it directly to the mom-to-be. Simply enter her address at checkout and leave a note for us to include a personal message inside the box.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly on our website at www.packedformama.com. Simply select the pack, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

Can I send a pack as a gift directly to someone?

Yes! At checkout, you can specify the recipient’s address and add a personalized gift message in the notes.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages for gifts?

Yes, we have an option to leave a card on our packs with a personal message. Please send us a messaege if you would like to find out more about this option.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but orders are typically processed within 5 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within South Africa. We are exploring expanding Packed for Mama in other countries.

What are the delivery fees?

Delivery fees are R150 and free for any orders over R1850.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns on unopened and unused packs within 30 days of delivery. Please contact info@packedformama.com for assistance.

What should I do if an item in my pack is damaged or missing?

Contact us at info@packedformama.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
